random thoughts for test broadcast..

with the nba season over and ginebra’s season long since gone south, the only thing basketball-related i’m looking forward to is how the fighting maroons will manage to screw up their season. nope, i’m not really serious about that. ok, i am just a bit. if only they can avoid collapsing down the stretches of close games…they’d be less painful to watch. nice run before the flameout, though…

i just hope KG is working out this summer. really hard.

VAT!? na naman?! ika nga ni gary granada noon…”madugo itong VAT. blood VAT ito…”. nice..

suspended naman daw indefinitely ang VAT sa toll fees. asus. nung nakita ko yung anunsiyo na nakadikit sa tollbooth, pailing-iling kong kinuha yung card ko habang nagmumura nang..”puuu-t*ng ina nyo talaga…” akala tuloy ng teller minumura ko siya. sowee.

as i was telling my kid brother while we were lining up to fill our tank at the gas station before midnight to escape the initial effect of today’s VAT implementation on petrol: “tingnan mo tayo, di pa tayo naghihirap niyan, pero dinudugo na tayo sa VAT. isipin mo na lang yung mga nagdarahop talaga…tapos yung mayayaman na magnanakaw payaman lang nang payaman…” ayoko na nga magsalita. punyeta talaga.

on a lighter note.. wala eh. punyeta talagang mga magnanakaw yan.

just read this joke recently. reportedly when cardinal sin was on his death bed he asked for gloria and mike to be by his side till he died. PGMA went “shucks, touched naman kami. but why us?” she asked. the cardinal replied ” i so wanted to die like Jesus, with two thieves by my side..”

this is fun. i’ll be doing this when i get bored out of my skull again.
